I am a Filipino; I am student here in Clearwater Christian College. After my regular class I do some part time job like cleaning my friend’s home, apartments, pad or offices of their parents. In that way, I can save extra money for my tuition fees and allowance. Honestly, my family is not rich. I’ve got 4 siblings left there with my parents in Philippines. Our government sent me here in Florida because I got a scholarship.
One day, one of my classmates’ relatives is looking for someone who could clean their house while they are away. I never doubted to grab that opportunity. It was Sunday at that time when I was so excited to start my part time job. But when I got there I was amazed because the house was too huge. I know that it was so hard for me to clean it. My friend’s relative paid me $1,200.00 just to clean their house. Before I started cleaning, I looked for phone directories and call a company or agency that does any commercial cleaning services in Clearwater. I make some queries on how much they will charge if they will clean a particular size of an area.
After we agreed the terms, they send their commercial cleaning service Clearwater team to assist me in my needs. Bang in just 3 hours we finished cleaning the house. They only charged me $800.00. Got less work and I save $400.00. That’s my secret! Now, you know!

During this hard time, we need to be tighter on to our budget. Making the list of your expenses will be the best way to evaluate you day to day savings. In my case, I was laid off from my job for almost eight (8) months now, and because of the economy turmoil it is hard to find new job. I applied to different companies for the last seven months.
The more days passed the more hard time for me to cover up my expenses until time came that I was choke with debts. Blessing in disguise, a friend of mind surprised me. She visited me in our house and witnessed the hardship of my family. She shared to me all her experiences like mine. She said that she’s sell old coins to pay off her debts.
So when she left, I checked my old piggy bank. I am so happy because I don’t need to hide from all of debts. I still have an option — selling old coins. That idea really helped me and my family a lot.

Staring at the empty diner was a bummer. That was our favorite summer hang out and they have closed shop. The thought of reviving it was just a discussion over barbeque and beer and I never thought it was going to end up with the four of us deciding to try our hands in the food business. First thing on the list was to ask the former owner what made them give up and they told us that they could no longer handle the pest problem. Hearing that, we concluded that it was the problem to take care of first and Green Solutions was the unanimous option for pest control.
When they were almost done with the interior, we decided to also tap them to manage pest infestation from the outside. We even jokingly posted at the backdoor kitchen “No Pests Allowed” to send the message to cockroaches, ants and rats out there that they weren’t welcome to this diner—ever. To this day, our newly opened diner is worry-free. Green Solutions is simply the best in indoor and outdoor pest control Tampa diners ought to trust in managing pest problems.
