I have been looking all over town for some offensive t shirts to send to my son who has recently gone off to college. I told him when we were shopping for new clothes and school supplies that I did not approve of some of those funny t shirts the college students wear these days. He just rolled his eyes at me.

I have since learned that you can get a bunch of funny t shirts, and a few offensive t shirts and your kid can make up their own minds of what they want to wear. I was just used to being in control of what my son wore. I forgot that he was all grown up, and could make decisions for himself.

The day that I moved him into his dorm room, he showed me that he could be a responsible adult with or without offensive t shirts. The t shirt does not make the person; the person makes the t shirt. If I could only find some funny t shirts then we would be set and he would have what he wants, and I can stop worrying that he is mad at me for what I said about the t shirts.

We are looking to purchase a used bladecenter to compliment the one that we have but are having trouble finding one that is priced low enough that we can afford it. I tried several companies including the one where I bought the first used bladecenter server that we put in four years ago. They have been having a hard time keeping their used servers in stock since the economy took a hit about three years ago. They told me that they have been selling two to three used pseries servers per week, and it used to be that everyone bought new.

They also explained that they have probably only had four used bladecenter servers in all of the past year. Companies are opting to fix their servers rather than replace them with new ones. Apparently, when a server would go down, about ten years ago, the company would have it replaced quickly so they would not lose a lot of business time. So, the hunt for the used bladecenter continues, maybe I should just have them put me on a waiting list for a used pseries server if one comes available since it looks like I am going to have a tough time finding exactly what I want.

I have always said that a funny man is a wise man because he knows that a little humor will give him more value out of life. Take my buddy Sam for example. He is a hard worker in the big city but once the work is done he knows how to break out and have a good old time.

You would not know it that he wears a suit during the week if you were to see him in some of his funny shirts on the weekends. He lets his hair down which is very long and does not shave and breaks out one of his many funny shirts to wear.

Sam is a completely different man on the weekends than during a boring work week, and that is what getting some value out of life is all about. He just lets loose and has a good time everywhere he goes. If you see him he just brings joy to everyone around.

The funny t shirts that he wears alone will make you laugh but then he will crack a funny joke or bust out into one of his funny eighties break dance moves and really freak you out. I have learned from him and bought some funny t shirts for myself and I am trying to laugh and smile more and to not be so serious all the time, life is too short for all that so I am trying to have more fun by being funny.
