Now days businesses face severe competition within the industry. There is as a matter of fact, no industry without competition. The competition is going fierce everyday. Rivals keep eyes on the leaders, followers follow the foot step of the leaders. Business information are getting hacked away and public. Information secrecy and retaining value employees are becoming increasingly different.
In this context it is tough for you to retain and keep your six sigma graduated employee stay with the company if he is being offered or contacted by your rivals. Note, you just cannot confirm or guarantee any loyalty whether it is a six sigma graduate or not, working inside your company. Whatever be the situation you will have to accept.
But ideally there is something that keeps you regular with your business.
It is very much possible for your rivals to take away your high performer, but look your high performer has already established and introduced some techniques within your business. Even when the high performer leaves the company, methods, tools and tricks introduced by him remains to your business. You can negotiate with your high performer for benefit packages. But there is no guarantee that he will again continue in business. If we add the employee perspective here, we will find, a well trained employee generally do not want to relocate himself as return of his career excellence. It gives the business owner advantage of settling with the employee or 6 sigma graduate in a healthy package.
